“This bed solved our guest room problem – we wanted a comfortable bed that didn’t take up too much space when not in use. It is easy to put up and down and is very comfortable to sleep on – we know because we slept on it for a week while our master bedroom floor was redone. It was easy to install and looks great. The only problem we’ve had with it is the sharp corners when the bed is down – you need to watch your shins a bit when walking around it. “..I just wanted to add that I was really pleased with the customer service (I wish I could remember the name of the woman I dealt with – she was terrific) – our beds were shipped to Miami for onward transport to the Cayman Islands and all of our requests for documentation were handled perfectly so the customs brokerage and shipping went very smoothly. Many companies immediately bristle when they find out that we need onward shipping and have overseas credit cards, but Wallbed Factory said “no problem” and made the extra effort to do the necessary confirmations etc. to make sure that it wasn’t.
