At Old Creek, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your wall bed. If you’re not, simply call us and we’ll gladly return your money and adjust your order based on our return policy detailed below.
Piston Mechanism Warranties
The air piston mechanism is guaranteed for life by the manufacturer for the original customer. If you have an eligible mechanism problem, contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-975-8451 or contact@wallbedfactory.com with your ordinal sales order and valid identification. At Old Creek’s option, we will send a replacement to you at no charge. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the air piston mechanism and not by Old Creek Company, LLC.
Mattress Warranties
Mattresses come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. For the first year after purchase, Old Creek will, at its option, repair or replace the mattress or foundation with any manufacturing defect, other than cover, without charge, exclusive of transportation costs. Thereafter, repair or replacement will be at a percentage of the purchase price (based on warranty length), times the total number of years owned, plus transportation costs. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-975-8451 or contact@wallbedfactory.com if your mattress is defective. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the mattress and not by Old Creek Company. This warranty does not apply if bedding is subjected to misuse or abuse, including bends, stains, burns, tears, and improper care. Human soiling or stains negate the warranty. Consumers are advised to use protective mattress pads.
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OLD CREEK COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS OFFERED FOR SALE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOR ARE THERE ANY WARRANTIES CREATED BY COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR TRADEÂ USAGE. OLD CREEK COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GOODS SOLD WILL MEET PURCHASER’S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS AND DEFECTS. IN THE CASE OF NONCONFORMING GOODS, PURCHASER’S REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE GOODS AND REPAYMENT OF THE PRICE OR THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING GOODS OR PARTS.
SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

The prices for each product are located on the page for that particular Murphy Bed, bookcase or mattress. For example: To view the price of a Queen Mission Murphy Bed in the Oak Cherry stain, you would first go to the Mission bed page. From there, next to the photo you will see a buttons to customize the product with Finishes, Sizes, Lights, etc. Once you click each button to select the options you are interested in the price in the upper right hand corner will change accordingly.
Once you have selected all the options you want for a product, click on the “Add To Basket” button on the drop-down menu. From here you will be taken to your shopping cart, where all your items can been viewed at the same time. Once you have all the items you would like to purchase, click whichever payment option is best for you (Google Checkout for example) and proceed to enter your shipping and payment information. Once you’ve hit submit on the final step, we’ll start working on your custom built Murphy Bed!

While maple is an open-grained hardwood that has alternating areas of relatively porous and dense wood causing an accentuation of grain pattern, oak is closed-grained, demonstrating a more uniform grain texture throughout furniture. To see the difference yourself, visit our Woods & Finishes page.
Absolutely. Customize the height of our queen Murphy Beds to any measurement between 87.5″ and 85″. For a customized bed, please call for a quote.
Absolutely. Send us your custom hardware and we will install it on your furniture pieces for an additional $60. If you would like to install the hardware yourself, simply request that your furniture be made without hardware for no additional charge.
We sure do. Our Horizontal Murphy Bed utilizes the same high-tech Murphy Bed mechanism as our other collections, however the Horizontal Murphy Bed raises and lowers the mattress on its side, rather than the foot of the folding bed. Our Murphy beds can accommodate a 11″ thick mattress. We recommend an 11″ thick mattress or less if you wish to enclose bedding and pillows in with the mattress when the bed is closed.
A twin size mattress should weigh between 35-50 pounds.
A full size mattress should weigh between 50-65 pounds.
A queen size mattress should weigh between 65-85 pounds.
A king size mattress should weigh under 90 pounds.

You can have your Murphy Bed shipped anywhere in the contiguous US. We charge $299 for orders up to $3000, $349 for orders $3001 – $4000 and $499 for orders $4001 and up. Â Contact us for Canada shipping options. Shipping rates listed include one Murphy Bed and mattress!
For orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, ferry access only and remote locations, please contact us for custom shipping quotes.
Your custom built-to-order Murphy Bed will be ready for shipment in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Standard shipping time is approximately 3-6 days.
